A second Economic Bill of Rights was the brain child of FDR who died before he could work to bring this into reality for Americans. In Michael Moore's new movie "Capitalism: A Love Story", he reveals that Japan, Italy, and Germany all have this second bill of rights as part of their rebuilt governments after WWII. I believe our government, or those from the US, helped create this bill of rights for these countries in their reconstruction. Something to ponder. Moore's new movie has very interesting facts and history, as well as his entertaining and comic relief theatrics. I can tell he cares very deeply about our country. Go see it!
