If you want to try a gluten free stuffing for your Thanksgiving feast this is a winner. It makes alot and is so yummy...
A+ Rice Stuffing
2 C. chopped celery
2 tsp celery seed
4 C chicken stock
1tsp cinnamon
½ C fresh parsley
2C long grain rice
1Tbs marjoram
2 C. toasted pecans
3 Lg red onions
1 Tbs sage
½ Tbs salt
1Tbs savory
8 oz butter
Pepper
2 C. wild rice
Saute wild rice, long rice, onion celery. Add stock and boil. Cook 25 min.
Stir in pecans parsley, salt, sage, marj., savory, cinn., celery seed and pepper.
Stuff!!!
