Take a walk in the rain. Bundle up and bring your umbrella, but walk in the rain. Breathe in the Light and wash away the insideous worms of winter. The dark time brings the challenge of the dark, and walking in the rain brings fire and light back into the realm. I am the Light that is this world. Praises be.
