The one thing that has kept me from being overly depressed and resigned, the on thing that seems to me hopeful in these apocolyptic visions from the unconscious, is a simultaneous and increasing appearance of animals: animals coming, animals watching, animals speaking, animals wanting to lead us, animals undergoing all manners of transformation.
